PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Key assignments: Commander of an Army Airborne Battalion in XVIII Airborne Corps. Over four years in a position requiring close coordination with US Army Special Operations Command and Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). XO to US-UN Commanding General, United Nations Mission, Haiti. Director, Battlefield Coordination Element. Senior Test Engineer, Airborne & Special Operations Test Directorate. Battalion Commander. Chief Executive Officer
and general manager of a 1300 member Fort Bragg-based military organization

to deploy the unit under severe time constraints. Planned and coordinated
tactical and strategic support airlift and loading and onward movement.·
Developed procedures for joint integration of Corps Long Range Surveillance
and Special Operations Teams during critical transitions from JSOTF to

efforts prior to the Haiti operation. Deployed the BCE to USAF Air Operations
Center and conducted operations

“Blue Flag” exercises as BCE Commander. Presented the ground forces (Army
& USMC) tactical plan, ground intelligence, and JFLCC prioritized joint
fires targeting efforts.
· Coordinated with the other two
active Army BCE in PACOM and EUCOM. Developed joint airspace management,
targeting and intelligence techniques for mutual use.
Senior Test and Evaluation Engineer for Systems Acquisition. Division head of a staff of engineers, technicians, research analysts and editors. Published reports used by senior Department of Defense system acquisition authorities to make system design, safety, development and procurement decisions.
